Wilcox Investment Bankers Serves as M&A Advisor to Return Holdings on the Sale of Waste Disposal Assets

Midland, TX (December 2024) – Wilcox Investment Bankers, a boutique M&A advisor, is pleased to announce that Return Holdings, LLC has completed the sale of its waste disposal assets to Milestone Environmental Services.  Wilcox Investment Bankers served as exclusive M&A advisor to Return Holdings, LLC.

Since 2017, Return Holdings, LLC and its subsidiary, Return Disposal, LLC, (“Return” or “the Company”) has developed and operated three full-service commercial waste disposal facilities offering customers in the Permian Basin convenience and cost savings in an environmentally preferred manner. Each facility is equipped to handle (1) wet solids, such as oil and water-based mud, acids, tank bottoms, and other types of solid material, and (2) produced saltwater.  Return uses a proprietary, highly-effective and environmentally safe cuttings re-injection (CRI) slurry process to inject disposal materials downhole into a traditional commercially permitted saltwater disposal well.  Additionally, the Company provides complementary washout services and freshwater rinse services.
