JMax Capital is a private investment firm led by longtime M&A advisor Jason Wilcox. After years helping business owners sell their companies, Jason launched JMax to invest directly in the kinds of businesses he’s advised for decades.

We’re not a fund. We don’t bring a big team with layers of red tape. And we’re not chasing flavor-of-the-month deals. We invest our own capital — alongside partners who share our long-term view — to support healthy, profitable businesses that want to grow or transition on their terms.
